Leadership Training
This is a chance for CSI Leaders from all the Northwest Region Chapters to get together and learn about how chapters and region operate and meet other chapter leaders.
Who should attend:
This workshop is being designed for chapter leaders who may be president of their chapter someday. It is intended to help them jumpstart their understanding of CSI, meet their peers and begin to plan for their chapter’s future. It will help them build a support system with their peers outside the chapter and with Region leaders.
Agenda:
This will be very similar to the agenda from the three previous Workshops. This year we are meeting the same weekend as the West Region Board of Directors midyear meeting and participating in the Region Planning Session.
Friday begins at 6PM

Saturday
· Introduction & opening remarks
· CSI big picture
· Awards and Fellowship
· Leadership skills
· Lunch: Small group discussions, lunch is provided
· Tools for success
· Getting volunteers
· Small group coaching sessions
· Dinner (networking tips and tricks)
Sunday
· Develop a plan to bring back home
· Workshop ends at Noon.

Costs:
· NO Registration Fee: Region covers meeting room, speakers & meals
· Chapters or attendees will need to pay for two hotel nights at conference rate of $220 plus taxes and provide transportation
