Tour Portland wellness destination, Cascada Thermal Springs + Hotel
Meet our Hosts:
Owner, Developer, and General Contractor: Conner Skurja, Jordan Harris, and Garrett Pfaff with Solterra
Architect: Timothy Cooke and Jonathan Heppner with LEVER Architecture
Cascada is located in the Alberta Arts District of Portland, bustling with energy but removed from the stresses of Downtown. Designed as a true urban oasis with indulgences for all five senses, Cascada is your escape and a true wellness retreat.
Agenda: Gather in the Concrete Arcade at 5:00pm for a brief overview of the project, then we will break into smaller tour groups to move through the common spaces and residential areas.
Small bites and drinks provided by on site restaurants, Terra Mae and soon-to-be-open Forbidden Fruit.
Building Highlights:
Mass timber structure
LEED Platinum certification in process
Rare plants
Limestone plaster, rather than paint
Over an acre of imported Italian tile
Parking: Solterra parking lot across 12th Street and a gated lot at Cascada - take any open spots available (you do not need to pay the listed fee) or find street parking.
